James Chirdo is the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at LinePoint Partners & Co. and a member of its Executive Committee. He leads the delivery of the advisor experience, services and support. He also oversees the operating infrastructure and regulatory framework that underpin the firm’s family office platform and distinctive affiliation model.

Prior to joining LinePoint, James served as Managing Director and Head of Wealth Management Operations at Rockefeller Capital Management. He played a central role in building Rockefeller’s wealth platform from the ground up – onboarding more than 135 advisor teams, overseeing $130 billion in assets, and supporting service delivery across 30 domestic offices. His leadership helped establish the firm’s scalable operations framework and laid the foundation for its national growth.

Earlier in his career, James held senior positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he led sales, client service, and operations teams within the Broadcort division. In these roles, he worked closely with institutional broker-dealers to streamline onboarding, optimize clearing operations, and improve risk controls.

James holds multiple FINRA licenses, including Series 7, 24, 63, and 99. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Binghamton University.
