Cooper Rey is the Chairman and an Independent Member of LinePoint’s Executive Committee. A 17-year veteran of Goldman Sachs, Rey had served as Managing Director and Head of RIA Sales as well as RIA Execution Services for the Global Banking and Markets (GBM) division at Goldman Sachs. In that role, he led the firm’s custody and capital markets solutions as well as the sales effort across both RIA Custody Sales in the Goldman Sachs Advisor Solutions (GSAS) business as well as the RIA Product Sales team offering capital markets solutions to meet investment needs of RIA and Family Office clients. Together, these teams provided their client base access to the GSAS custody offering as well as tailored investment solutions including structured products, risk management and derivative strategies for concentrated stock positions as well as alternative investment opportunities. He also managed the Cross Asset Execution Services team covering RIA clients for equities and fixed income trading.

Rey currently serves as Managing Director and Head of Strategy for Monroe Capital’s Wealth Management Solutions group. He graduated from Columbia College with a B.A. in Economics.
